What we collect, what we deliberately throw away, and the control you keep over your data.

1. Who this covers

This policy explains how CREASO (“CREASO”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our AI manager for independent adult-content creators at creaso.ai and the connected app. This Service is operated by CREASO. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

CREASO is built for solo creators on platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly. The service is strictly for adults — see Age restriction.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what the product needs to do its job:

• Account data — your email, an optional display name, and a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Connected-platform data — when you link an OnlyFans or Fansly account, we process fan conversations and account activity to surface opportunities and draft replies.
• Derived fan signals — structured attributes we extract from conversations (for example: mood, spend tier, intent, topic, preferred timing). This is fan memory; it is not the raw chat.
• Billing data — the credit balance and top-up history tied to your account. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, Apirone; we do not receive or store card or bank numbers.
• Technical data — standard logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps, error traces) needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

3. What we deliberately do not keep

We extract structured signals (mood, tier, intent) from fan messages and then discard the raw message body. We do not build a long-term archive of your fans’ verbatim chat text. Audit logs that retain more detail are an opt-in feature on Pro and higher, and remain private to your account.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share fan data with advertisers or other creators.

4. How we use information

• Generate your daily money list, PPV offers, content plans, and promo ideas.
• Draft replies in your chosen manager persona for you to review and approve.
• Detect high-value moments (whale alerts, custom requests) that need your touch.
• Operate billing, prevent abuse, and provide support.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the service.

CREASO drafts; you decide what is sent. Whale-tier conversations are always handed back to you rather than sent automatically.

5. AI processing

To produce drafts and recommendations, relevant context is sent to large-language-model inference providers acting as our processors. We send the minimum context needed for the task and the derived signals described above — not a wholesale dump of your fan history. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.

6. Service providers we rely on

We share data only with vendors that help us run CREASO, under contract:

• Apirone — cryptocurrency payment processing for credit top-ups.
• LLM inference providers — generating drafts and analysis.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure — running the application and database.

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CREASO and its users.

7. Retention, export & deletion

We keep your account and fan-memory data for as long as your account is active. Billing is monthly with no contract — you can cancel anytime. On the way out you can export your fan memory and opportunity log.

When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

8. Security

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to production data is restricted and authenticated. We use encryption in transit and apply least-privilege access to fan signals. No system is perfectly secure, but minimising what we store — especially discarding raw message text — is itself a core part of our security posture.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Age restriction

CREASO is intended only for adults aged 18 or older who create adult content. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used CREASO, contact us and we will remove the data.

11. International users

CREASO is operated from, and processes data in, jurisdictions that may differ from yours. By using the service you consent to your data being processed in those locations, with safeguards appropriate to the data involved.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
